Your new role
You will be taken the BIM lead on large pharma/health/commercial projects across the country, taking the highly complex design drawings from all the disciplines, amalgamating them, performing clash detection, edits, and re-issuing to ensure the model is kept to the top level of detail and quality. You'll be using Revit and Navisworks on a daily basis, and you'll be encouraged to push boundaries and take things to the next level, further enhancing your skills and abilities.
Alongside this you will be responsible for BEP, EIR, 4D, 5D & 6D protocols and you'll need to adhere to PAS 1192-2, BS 1192 & all the other BIM standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You absolutely must be a successful BIM Coordinator either with a main contractor or Architectural practice in the UK. Revit and Navisworks software use is essential, and you'll need to demonstrate your ability to work with all disciplines in the industry.
