Senior Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, London. Do you have proven experience selling via the Architects, Designers and specifiers community in London? Interested in selling premium quality architectural sign solutions, products that possess a strong design build and are superbly engineered, to organisations embarking upon visual identity, rebranding and/or building projects?

This market leading, European based organisation with a UK head office is looking for a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Business Development Manager to work in London. They are recognised for selling premium quality architectural sign solutions, products that require imagination, flair and determination to sell to all levels within their clients. Being London based their clients include European and Global companies, which sometimes involves cross border co-operation.

The basic salary is £40,000 plus commission taking the 1st years OTE to £60,000, which is very achievable. 2nd years earnings should be £70,000 and above, rising. In addition to the salary mentioned earlier, the company offers a company car or cash allowance, access to a pension scheme, and private health and life insurance.

Job Specification (every day is different, but as a rough guide):

60% client meetings with end-users, Architects and specifiers
20% on the phone canvassing, arranging meetings, follow-ups etc.
20% writing proposals, admin, handing over projects to the Project Manager

Person Specification (essential)
Senior Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Business Development Manager

Experienced in selling via the Architects, Designers and specifiers community in London
A ‘door opener’ with proven ‘solution selling’ sales/account management experience
Able to develop relationships with direct clients and intermediaries at all levels
Credible, trustworthy, capable of being perceived as an expert on their subject
Excellent interpersonal skills that recognise cultural differences
Self organised and self motivated
