Company   Our client is a major name and brand that is synonomous with quality and intelligent building energy management systems (BEMS). Their systems are installed in such an array of different buildings such as shops, leisure centres, schools, offices, hospitals and factories. They are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their sales team to cover a patch consisting of West London, Middlesex and the M4 and M3 Corridor.   Role:  

  • Developing new business through End Users and M&E Contractors and Consultants
  • Account Management of VAR resellers and Integrators, managing the relationships, dealing with pricing enquiries, and growing the sales.
  • Achievement of quarterly sales margin, cash and personal performance targets
  • Delivery of CPD seminars to specifiers
  • Deliver year on year growth
  • Covering the South East - M3 and M4 Corridor


  • Ability to develop new business as well as account managing
  • Experience selling into M&E Contractors, End Users and Consultants
  • BMS/HVAC Controls knowledge a huge advantage
  • May look at candidates from high level sales background within HVAC, Fire and Security, Lighting or Networks
  • Living in and around the M4/M3 corridor
  • Good account management skills that maximise return on investment
