James Gray Associates are currently recruiting for a Design Team Leader / Space Planner for their client based in Edinburgh.
Role:
- Advanced creative design ability to develop a new concept high level of product and detail design understanding and capability.
- You must have awareness of materials and production techniques in relation to design
- Extensive product knowledge within Retail / Banking / Corporate Office / Accommodation / Education areas including current teaching practices and practical functionality of education spaces.
- Understanding of building warrant and planning application process
IT Skills:
- AutoCAD
- 3D Modelling
- Graphic Applications (Photoshop & Illustrator)
Ideal Candidate:
- Management of Junior team members
- Motivation of team members and promote positive team ethos and attitude
- Identify individual training needs and take an active role in suggesting areas for appropriate personal improvement
