Exceptional architectural technician is required for a small practice with good transport links in Surrey. You will work on bespoke residential projects so the ideal candidate will have solid experience working on high end residential projects and confident detailing autonomously to an excellent standard. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and demonstrate sound knowledge of the RIBA work stages. Good UK building regulation knowledge and AutoCAD skills are essential for this role.
