Candidate must have:
-Masters in Civil Engineering from top 50 universities in US or UK with PE engineering license and PMP certification
-At least 15-18 years of experiences in preparing O & M request for proposals (RFP) and specifications writing for city council, municipalities in US / UK / CAN / AUT for O&M contractors/consultants
-Experience in supporting system including electrical, water and wastewater, pneumatie, elevators, HVAC, lighting, infrastructure such as bridges, tunnels, roads, storm water drainage, culverts and boxes program of a city
-Exceptional leadership skills
-Possess a collaborative management style
-Ability to work in multi-disciplined teams
-Familiar with latest version, MS project planner, Primavera sure track
