Great new opportunity for a reputable firm in Bristol who are looking for an experienced Part II or Technician to join their ranks!
The successful candidate will be working on quite a fast track project and will be drawing it up for construction.You will need to be experienced as limited guidance will be given. Knowledge and experience in conversions and adaptation including extensive interiors and shop fitting/ joinery detailing is an advantage.
The perfect candidate will need to be proficient in Revit or AutoCAD, be comfortable in talking to contractors directly and be able to just get on with the work without guidance. Also living locally is a bonus.
This is a short term contract running 8 weeks starting middle of August and the rate is dependent on experience.
