Our client is a very well known name within the supply and installation of Ventilation and Heat Recovery equipment. With some robust and long lasting relationships within Social Housing and Local Authorities they currently are undertaking a wealth of projects with clients of theirs, and for this very reason are looking to bring in a Regional Installation Manager for the South East to come in and look after the Installation and Electrical Engineers.
Role:
- Managing a team of Electrical Engineers (5 people)
- Area managing South East
- Attend start up meetings – explain to clients the work to manage their time expectations
- Routinely check the quality of the work being done
- Lend a hand on the installation when the need arises
- Training new members of staff
- Reporting to Planning Manager
- Field based role
Candidate:
- Electrical Inspection & Testing experience
- NVQ Electrical qualifications, City & Guilds etc
- 17th edition wiring qualification
- Man management experience essential
- Happy to be field base
- Confident in front of clients
- Doesn't need to come from Ventilation
