Urgent requirement for reputable firm near Woods Hardwick who require additional technical hands in their housing team.
Due to current workload we have an immediate openings for a confident architectural technician/technologist with recent UK housing experience. You will be proficient on AutoCAD and will have worked on the technical aspects of large scale housing projects. Your role will be creating high level working drawings and given the nature of this contract it is essential you are able to start without any need for training. You will also be experienced with building regulations and ideally planning applications.
We are looking for someone available immediately as the ideal start date for this vacancy is 10/09/2012. It is an initial contract opening for 4 weeks, rate is to £20 per hour dependant on relevant experience and ability.
