The successful candidate will have construction industry experience, ideally encompassing flat roofing, and be able to take on the responsibility of organising small contracts and producing estimates. Knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety requirements would be a plus as would CAD drawing skills. The position will attract a competitive salary and usual company benefits. Flexible or even part time working hours may be an option depending on the individual.
