Our client an award winning and leading international design specialist who creates and delivers high end interiors, luxurious working environments, retail branding and architecture.
The Role
You will/should be creative and have a flair for design. Our client a busy studio who work very hard, but are fairly rewarded within a nice sociable office that encourages internal growth and ownership.
Skills required:
Great visual skills and experience of building brands and branded environments
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking ability
Significant experience of delivering solutions across brand identity, brand comms, internal comms, branded environments and workplace environments
Brief driven, not 'style driven'
Able to run multiple projects
Excellent client facing skills and the ability to motivate clients and colleagues alike
Experience in team leading and mentoring juniors/middleweight designers
Excellent time management and organisation skills to work to deadlines and budgets
The ability / initiative to us their own creative processes when working independently
Great with words and naming
Chatty and lively and fun to work with
Ambitious and want to help build the brand offer within the company
