An international practice combining architecture, interior design, and landscape, with a strong emphasis on sustainability are looking for a Senior Commercial Workplace delivery specialist. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of workplace projects in the London market, incorporating knowledge of workplace strategy, with the impact being on project delivery. The emphasis to be on quality Category B workplace fit out projects of varying scales. The skills required include technical documentation, NBS spec proficiency, M&E/ design team coordination and site experience. You will also have client change responsibilities and management. This is initially a contract role for 3 months, with the potential to become a longer term opportunity after that.
