Project Managers x2 - London Ref.col
£30,000 - £35,000
International property & construction consultancy require #2 project managers to join their London team.
You will have a mix of experience within some of the commercial, residential, health, retail, mixed use sectors within a PQS/private practice environment.
You will
- Support as required senior staff and project director with projects, proposals and attendance at project meetings and project interviews
- Support project team to progress developments from feasibility through to planning submission and eventual tender and construction works engaging the client and full professional design team
- Efficiently and diligently progress to completion projects in accordance with the clients specifications and ensure client satisfaction is maintained
- Support resources planning and ensure any shortfalls/over resourcing issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner
- Support in the coordination and any interface with other parts of the business
- Ensure all personnel within your control including sub-consultants work in accordance with the company policies and are trained and competent
