We have an exciting opportunity for an architect experienced in the high-end residential sector to join a design led studio in Chelsea.
Working on private residences including houses and apartments valued at £3-5m, you will be skilled at all stages of design and construction. You will work closely with clients and contractors and as such a good level of communication skills and an affable character is prerequisite.
You will be able to create designs and details on AutoCAD and have a reasonable level of freehand ability to produce concepts and construction details. Site experience is essential and candidates are expected to have a wealth of luxury projects under their belt.
· RIBA/ARB registered architect
· Experience working on luxury residential projects
· Knowledge of UK building regulations and site experience
