We are currently looking to appoint a Project Architect to this leading studio in the city to run a number of London skyscraper projects.
Leading a team of technical staff, the Project Architect will deliver high-rise schemes consisting of luxury residential apartments. You will lead a team charged with the production of tender and construction documentation and deliver projects through to completion.
You will have a strong background in running both residential and high-rise (30 storey plus) buildings in the UK. You will have a thorough knowledge of UK building regulations, residential codes and best practice. ARB or RIBA registration is beneficial but not essential as you may come from a technical background. Revit experience is advantageous.
