- Reporting to the Estimating Manager
- To produce estimates in full ranging from projects 500k to 20m in various sectors eg. Education, Defence, Custodial, Commercial, Retail, Hotels and Residential
- Work to tight deadlines
- Produce supplier and sub-contract enquiries for tender preparation
- Produce budget costings
- Have good communication skills both internal with other team members and externally with clients, supply chain etc.
- Have good IT skills
- Be able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
