Pre-Construction Manager – Top 10 Main Contractor – Hertfordshire

Our client is a highly respected Top 10 construction main contractor working both overseas and throughout the UK. The Position:
The last 18 months has seen the company’s pre-construction teams work load increase steadily to the point where they now require a new team to be formed to ease the burden of enquires and tenders coming in. This position would be to work alongside the Pre-Construction Director to establish and build a team of estimators, design / bid managers and planners which would in time be responsible for securing and working on around £50 million worth of work per annum for the office. You will have close liaison with existing Pre-Construction Managers, must have experience leading and managing teams as well as Bid Management experience.
· Previous Management Experience – Desirable
· Stable career history with reputable Main Contractors
· Construction related Degree
· Excellent client facing skills
· Bid Management Skills
