MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyors – Jeddah (KSA)

Salary: SAR40K per month (all in) + Medical Insurance
UK based property and construction consultancy requires a well-rounded senior quantity surveyor with varied sector experience (although experience in the infrastructure, retail, and residential sectors are highly desirable) in Jeddah.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive senior quantity surveyor who can take responsibility for a number of projects, with the potential to act as the sole contact with each client throughout the KSA region.
You must be degree qualified in quantity surveying or a similar technical discipline with a minimum of seven years technical delivery experience (with a minimum of three year post MRICS) and the ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
You will have previously worked in the Middle East and have experience of taking schemes from Master Planning through to realisation on site; feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation; stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts and forging new business relationships and previously been employed by a consultancy or end user client.
