Senior Estimator - Medium Sized General Main Contractor - East London
The Company
Our client is a privately owned main contractor based in East London is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their busy pre-construction team. Projects span education, health care, residential and leisure sectors with values between £50k and £10 million. They are looking for an estimator to deal with the increased workload they have sustained and in particular, their larger projects between £3m and £10m.
They currently turnover circa £22million and have had stable turnover for a long time, the company is privately owned and debt free, benefiting from a strong order book and excellent client network.
The Opportunity
The position is for an estimator to boost the current estimating team as the company are benefiting from a steadily increasing work stream. You will be required to price tenders independently as well as work as part of a team and alongside senior estimators on complex and larger projects.
Required experience:
· Good knowledge and experience pricing refurbishment projects in the relevant sectors
· Ability to price projects independently
· Experience pricing projects above £3m in value
· Minimum 10 years estimating experience
