This leading residential developer is involved in new build housing and apartment schemes in the Thames Valley area.

They are involved in large scale residential projects as well as small bespoke schemes and have won numerous awards over the years.

They are looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator who will assist the Technical Manager and Engineering Manager to co-ordinate the detailing of the site and the approval of all component design items.

You will be responsible for ensuring the relevant technical and design details are available to site, managing external consultants ensuring that their infomation matches the project requirements.

You will be responsible for ensring NHBC approval is obtained and any conditions are cleared promptly and that the department apply and pay for all NHBC warrantees and Building Control fees.

You will be required to attend internal and site mettings as well as meet and liase with external bodies such as housing associations.

Applicants should ideally have experience of working in a similar role for a developer or to have worked on residential schemes in private practice.

This national housebuilder is ideally looking to bring in someone in in a temp to perm basis and on offer would be a full salary and benfits package.
