Our client is currently looking for an experienced Design Manager with front end Design management experience, to work on a variety of education/BSF projects in the East Midlands / East Anglia. Role description In this role you will be managing the Design team on Education projects throughout the region.
This will involve;
- Design Team meetings, monitoring and reporting on progress to internal stake holders as well as the client.
- Full project planning.
- Detailed Tender Programmes.
- Client Liaison.
- Pre Contract Design Managing as well as value Engineering. Who we're looking for We are looking for a Design manager with main contractor experience and a history of fulfilling client facing roles. It would be a distinct advantage if you have had experience working on the traditional BSF or Academies Frameworks, and have strong stakeholder engagement skills. About our client Our client is a well know and well respected National Main contractor with a permanent opportunity in the southern part of the East Midlands. What's on offer Up to £45,000 plus excellent package.
