The Company
Our Client is a well-respected and successful global main contractor which operates throughout the Middle East on a range of projects. With key relationships with stakeholders in the area they have a successful track record winning work and a healthy, self-sustained turnover in the region. The company have built on a long established UK reputation to establish themselves in the region and have a steadily growing turnover.
The Project
· New Build Commercial Development valued at circa £150 million / QAR 850 million
· Design and Build
· The chosen candidate will be site based and have complete financial control of the project
Required Experience
· Degree
· 15 years + stable employment history with established contractors
· Previous experience working in the Middle East / Qatar
· Experience successfully working on projects valued in excess of £50 million
· Strong project financial management skills
· Excellent communication and Client Management skills
