Extensive experience with Design Coordination for large main contractors.
5-10 years in planning with a good deal of Pre Con experience.
Adept with tender and live project planning on a range of projects to £15m.
Working on a range of JCT contracts (D&B, Bespoke and Traditional).
Sector experience must include Schools & Residential (HA New Build).
