A cracking opening has arisen in the Midlands with one of the top UK house builders who are currently looking for a Technical Co-Ordinator.
Workload is continuing to increase for this top National practice and as such they are looking for a talented and experienced individual. It is essential that you have previously worked for a reputable developer and will be an expert with all technical matters, you will be a strong communicator as you'll be liaison with clients and other consultants on a daily basis. You will procure the Technical package that enables a site commencement and co-ordinate/check and issue externally supplied information. The role is based in their West Midlands branch and is a permanent opening with salary being in the region of £35,000.
