Advisor - Architecture & Planning - £31 -35K Warwickshire Permanent Job
Our client are a national public body who have a network of advisors to support their members over the UK.
This role is a stand alone role to advise, support and lobby on behalf of its members on issues of planning legislation but also advice on specific member cases. You will maximise the organisations influence on the development of national planning policies, legislation and procedures sympathetic to the rural environment.
You will be dealing with members directly, local and national government and the Planning Inspectorate. You will also handle press enquires and media work.
Degree qualified in architecture, agriculture, Environmental sciences and ideally RTPI accredited. Client will consider applicants that are on route to being accredited.
Our client is able to pay a good level of renumeration and the benefits package is good. The office located close to a motorway network.
The role itself is an exciting and challenging role that is very varied in the types of day to day duties you will be performing. You will be dealing with senior figures in government and must be a confident individual. This role will give you exposure to the important planning issues that are effecting the rural community and will broaden your experience if for example you currently only deal with regional planning issues as this role is national.
