A permanent opening with top Hampshire practice for a planning focused technician with solid housing experience.
Working alongside a number of the Country's top house builders this busy practice are currently looking to add to their design and planning team. You're going to be a skilled architectural technician who specialises with all front end matters including planning applications and building regulations. If you have worked within a developer environment previous it will be particularly advantageous though as long as you've worked on large scale developments you're encouraged to apply. You will likely have circa 5 years UK experience and must be fully proficient on AutoCAD.
This is a permanent position in Hampshire, due to their location it is essential you are a driver with access to your own vehicle. Salary is dependent on relevant experience and ability but is to £27,000.
