Design Coordinator – Residential – Herts – Permanent - £50k + Package
Our client who is an established and well respected contractor who creates medium to large-scale developments in towns, cities and the countryside, encompassing new homes, affordable housing, mixed use schemes, apartments, refurbished historic buildings and urban loft spaces has an opportunity for an experienced Design Coordinator to join its successful business.
Ideally you will have experience gained at pre-construction stage with a minimum of 5 years + on site experience working for a Developer.
The role will require a Design Coordinator to be head office based with on-site visits carried out weekly
This role would suit a strong resilient character looking to work in a fast paced environment looking for the potential to grow with one on the UKs leading Developers.
