This exciting Design Manager’s is with one of the UK’s leading construction companies. They predominately work on major new build commercial schemes on a project/construction management basis with values from £50 – £500m. They have been involved with several of the most well known and prestigious projects in London and the Southeast and are now commencing several new developments.
The Person
For this position we are looking for experience of working on major construction projects as a Design Manager. You will primarily be responsible for the quality of the design, ensuring that it is delivered on time, cost effectively and is buildable. For this role we are looking for someone with an electrical engineering background (buildings – high and mid rise) and you will more than likely have worked for an electrical/M&E design consultancy in the past.
