A highly professional and self-driven senior project manager is required in the London office of this leading construction consultancy.
You will be responsible for managing other members of staff of varying technical ability; therefore you should have excellent management skills and the ability to motivate and develop others.
You will be responsible for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of a variety of construction projects.
You will develop and maintain the relationship between new and existing clients and control fee applications/remuneration to ensure profitability of schemes.
Ideally MRICS you will have a proven project management track record in property development and construction at a senior management level with a professional approach to work, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and consultants and preferably come from a consultant / client background.
