An Architectural Programme Manager is required to be responsible for the development and the management of a number of client programmes and the effective leadership, management of the Architectural Section within the public sector, ensuring the service is delivered to manage customer expectations and the maintenance of sufficient resources to meet priorities.
-To be accountable for the successful delivery of client programmes:
-To be responsible as project Manager on significant projects
-To manage and develop all concept designs and project feasibility including the development of client project briefs/requirements and all stakeholder engagement
-To act as Client representative and /or design manager for all significant programmes/projects
-Devise, agree and monitor programme targets, measure performance.
-Develop clear, precise objectives for programme delivery.
-Identify resource requirements and develop, manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver programmes of work.
-To be accountable for the provision of a programme risk management framework.
-To produce comprehensive, integrated Project Plans and other project documentation to enable programmes to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones.
-To produce communication plans to ensure stakeholders are appraised at a level consistent with their relationship to the project.
You will be a Chartered Architect and have the relevant management experience
