Main duties of this role will be to create and implement enlightened human resource policies in relation to recruitment, probationary periods, remuneration, appraisals, benefits and training and development. A core understanding of personal development and education is key to carrying out this role successfully. You should have an interest in architecture and design and be well versed in employment law and related matters.
