A top architecture practice in Central London is seeking a highly organized, motivated MARKETING ASSISTANT to join their team. This is a one year maternity cover role with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have been working in the marketing department of an architecture and/or engineering firm or an affiliated organization and seeks an opportunity to join a large, successful, international practice with room to expand his/her responsibilities. Expert in multi-tasking, this person will have proven organization, communication, writing/editing, graphic layout and computer skills, including proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite 4. This hands-on role includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks -Manage and assist in writing, editing, updating, and producing collateral materials, presentations and RFI/Q/P responses, manage and assist in production of awards submissions and exhibitions, assist with coordination of press campaigns, events, conferences and seminarsand assist with maintenance, organization and updating of department materials, resources and archives.
