My client is a leading contractor within the housing market and has a turnover of £600m. A very sought after compnay to work for and they look after their staff very well. Projects are new build and will vary in size and values of up to £50m.
SENIOR DESIGN CO-ORDINATOR / MANAGER - BIG CONTRACTOR OXFORD £50k
They are seeking a Excellent Senior Design Co-ordinator / Design Manager to come in and hit the ground running for them. Projects will be 25% tenders and 75% current jobs and you will report into the Senior Technical Manager. Must have at least 10 years experience in a housing construction technical/design role.
You must have a confident and professional personality and someone who gets the job done.
