Marketing Manager / South West London / 12 Month Maternity Cover

This forward thinking International urban architectural practice is looking for an industry experienced (Architecture or Design) Marketing Manager to work in the London office.
THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE
This role requires you to manage and motivate a small Marketing team. monitor day to day duties, write material for project bids, submissions, competition reports, OJEU's, PPQ's. This also involves the printing and upkeep of standard brochures, liaising with web editors to ensure the website is kept up to date. This role also requires the development of the strategic marketing plan for the company, creation of campaigns to acquire new business and retain and grow the current client base. You will also attend trade shows, events, conferences and seminars.
You must have previous experience within the architectural industry (or construction, or design), be degree qualified (Marketing or Design) and be proficient in MS Office, InDesign, Photoshop and databases, ideally. You will also have an excellent command of written English and an ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience. Tick all the boxes?
