An award winning International architectural practice is looking for a diligent and proactive Practice Manager to support the Director with the day to day strategic running of the practice.

This role is seen as a pivotal role within the Practice. As Practice Manager you will have responsibilities for reviewing the Business Plan and proposing appropriate objectives for the team, managing various teams, managing the budgets for the studio, attending support groups with Team Managers in IT, Graphics, Marketing an Finance. This role has a strong focus on HR, an includes acting as the point of contact for all HR matters, overseeing the Recruitment process, administering contracts of employment, undertaking inductions, performance management and appraisals. The role also focuses on managing the admin support services, QA systems, IT, Legal Administration and H & S.


The successful candidate will be a highly organised with the skills and experience to ensure the smooth operation of a busy Practice. You will have at least 5 years experience in architecture/design , engineering or construction industry and the ability to work independently. You will also have excellent verbal and written skills (English, and basic conversational French or German would be desirable), be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, accuracy and confidence. You should also be able to perform tasks in a diligent and responsible manner.
