This trendy, dynamic and sociable Architecture studio is seeking a savvy Design Office Administrator to join the team and manage the office.
As a Design Office Administrator, no 2 days will be the same. This role is varied, and will involve overseeing the office. You will be getting involved in all aspects of office administration, including organising meetings, filing, prepare incoming and outgoing correspondence, monitor office supplies, organise travel, assist with IT issues, maintain database, HR Admin, organise socials and events and to also get involved in marketing (bids/proposals/presentations) and website management. This role is varied and no 2 days will be the same and you will need to have a flexible approach and be proactive.
You will have at least 2-3 years experience as a an Office Administrator and MUST COME FROM AN ARCHITECTURAL/DESIGN BACKGROUND to be considered for this role (Candidates without this experience will not be considered!!) You will also need to have excellent communication, a good command of English, be highly organised, and have good relationship management skills.
