We are currently looking to recruit a digital manager for our client, who are an exciting, growing organisation who work closely with the education sector. Offering up to £28k + benefits, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years experience within digital marketing, and are looking to take on a role where they are able to make a lot of change themselves.

Job purpose:
The Digital Manager is responsible for all digital activities as agreed with by the Marketing Manager. They will write and deliver the digital marketing strategy that builds the brand online as an education specialist and increases lead generation. They will be responsible for managing the digital budget to ensure year end spend is on target.
The role will be responsible for generating high quality leads and continuously improving SEO. A good understanding of Google analytics is required as regular reports are needed to monitor success.

Main duties and responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver an integrated online and social media strategy to support the business objectives and generate leads
-Plan and deliver marketing automation campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and change as well as provide regular reporting
-Review and analyze the website, identifying areas for improvement and change relative to SEO that will improve global positioning, increase brand awareness and generate leads
-Develop SEO content to include strategic key phrase placement within compelling copy that maximizes opportunities for indexing, ranking, click-through and conversion
-Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manger showing the effectiveness of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and landing pages
-Develop and implement online lead nurturing campaigns driven by high quality online content
-Manage social media channels that position the company as an educational specialist
-Responsible for supporting the development of a suite of high quality customer and corporate videos to be used online and in direct marketing campaigns
-Continuous investigation of new online marketing practices, to identify gaps or updates to improve our online marketing
-Offer expert knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques to the team and rest of the business as necessary

Skills and experience:
-Minimum of three years' experience in digital marketing
-Excellent copy writing and proof reading skills
-Basic video editing skills
-Agency management experience
-A keen eye for detail
-Experience at working with Sitefinity CMS (or equivalent)
-Experience at working with Marketo automation software (or equivalent)
-Adaptable to an ever changing environment
-Previous experience at working within a software company would be an advantage
