Standing at the centre of the UK's financial system, the Bank of England is committed to promoting and maintaining monetary and financial stability. The Accommodation and Planning Section is part of the Bank’s Property and Procurement Division.  The Division is responsible for the facilities management of all of the Bank’s estate including; Head Office and 20 Moorgate in London, the Printing Works at Debden and the cash distribution centre at Leeds.

Joining the Accommodation and Planning Section, you will manage, maintain and update the Bank’s record drawings and technical archives. This includes overseeing an AutoCad database, as well as some project management and administrative responsibilities. 

Experienced in the use of AutoCad, you will be expected to carry out accurate drawing work for a range of property projects and capable of interpreting technical drawings, with experience in construction, space planning, building standards and legislation. Applicants should hold relevant qualifications (for example City & Guilds in Computer Aided Design and NEBOSH) and will be fully IT literate.
