This is a fantastic opening within an established multi-disciplinary in their Hertfordshire branch for a UK qualified and registered Architect.

With a decorated history and a bright future this is a superb opportunity to join the firm in a responsible role and have a real involvement in taking the firm forward.  The firm is a large multi-disciplinary and you will become a key member of the architecture arm of the practice.  You must be a RIBA/ARB registered and are likely to have circa 5 years post part III experience.  The firm work on a number of large scale schemes but are recognised for a lot of their commercial, science and pharmaceutical work.  It is desired that applicants are able to show an impressive history working in at least one of the above fields but ideally more than one.  This is going to be a very hands-on role from initial concept through to completion and will be well suited to a confident all-rounder.  You'll be an assured communicator as there will be tasks involving liaison directly with clients as well as other team members and given the progressive nature of the role team leader status could soon be established.  As site visit will be regular you will ideally possess a valid CSCS card or be able to get one within months of starting, a valid driver's license is also required as a result of travel.  AutoCAD proficiency is essential and the firm are looking at utilising BIM more and more so any experience on that will be advantageous.

The office is reachable from applicants based in both Home Counties and those with easy access to public transport to North West London/Hertfordshire.  They are offering a permanent role with salary being dependant on relevant experience and ability, salary to £40,000.
