BIM Coordinator / Central London / Circa £40,000 per annum / Permanent
Award winning design led central London office have a great opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to join their 60 strong team. Main responsibilities will consist of helping maintain company BIM standards and processes, provide Revit application support and training for in-house teams. Work with teams on developing and coordinating the BIM on projects and collaborate to create, clean-up and perform quality assurance/quality control checks on BIMs. All of this requires a greater understanding of BIM processes.
You will be detail-oriented, able to drill down without losing sight of the big picture also is within a commutable distance to South East Greater London. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Autodesk Revit Architecture Software including minimum 2 years’ experience using (BIM) processes applications and project support.
The ideal candidate will be solutions focused, resourceful and proactive. They will be involved in championing the use of BIM while balancing its application to ensure meaningful project and client benefits are achieved. Joining in the first instance in a BIM co-ordination role, with a view to it developing into more of a BIM Manager role as their own experience & yours grows!.
