Hays Architecture are working with a prestigious Leicestershire-based Architectural practice who are seeking an Architectural Visualiser to join them for an initial 2 month contract. This job has arisen due to a sustained increase in workload and the practice have indicated that, should you impress during the initial 2 month spell, a permanent offer is likely to follow.
Our client specialises in retail projects of all sizes. Their UK portfolio ranges from individual, bespoke fit outs to large multi million pound shopping centre developments. Key clients have included Network Rail, TK Maxx, Toys R Us, John Lewis and Westfield Shopping Centres.
As an Architectural Visualiser your job will be to develop a standard style for both photo-realistic and stylised imagery for implementation on all projects - taking CAD documents and architectural sketches and turning them into 3D models and images. The software packages used in this role will include Sketchup, Photoshop and Revit - you must have prior experience in all three to be put forward.
To be considered for this role you will come from an Architectural background and, as our client is seeking someone at junior to medium level, you must be looking to develop your skills in conjunction with other team members. You must have an excellent artistic ability with a flair for and knowledge of art, lighting and imagery as well as a sound technical knowledge. You must be able to take CAD Documents and architectural sketches and turn them into 3D models and images using Sketchup, Photoshop and Revit.
