My client, a multi-award winning developer specialising in sustainable homes, are currently looking for a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic Architectural Assistant to join their team in Essex. This position would suit an experienced part II or newly qualified part III.

Candidates will be required to work on a broad range residential schemes from brief, concept through to developed design. Desirable candidates will have a sound knowledge of master-planning and place-making with a strong understanding of recent policies, codes, standards and building regulations.

You will be expected to communicate and present effectively and have a high quality of free-hand drawing ability, as well as a good command of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop.
