Education Associate / Central London / £55,000– 62,000 per annum
SKILLS REQUIRED: - Microstation, Education
Very busy market practice in Central London is looking for an Education Specialist to lead and create their new division. An excellent understanding of all regulations and framework agreements as well as having strong industry contacts and management experience is required. You will have direct client liaison, and will have the ability to manage projects, people effectively and efficiently.
•Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and drawing;
•Education sector experience
•Experience of working directly with the client
•Ability to manage resources and people effectively and efficiently;
•Experience of working within a team effectively and delivering tight deadlines on time;
•Ability to liaise and co-ordinate other disciplines/team members.
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
•RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.
•Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate, self-motivated and be able to work independently and work to work to tight deadlines
