A Surrey based Developer is currently seeking to employ on a full time basis a Technical co-ordinator. Due to current circumstance this has lead to an unparallel opportunity for someone with great housing and developer experience to join the practice.
Purpose of Job
To provide an administrative and technical support role to the management team in the land acquisition, planning, coordination, design, surveying, construction and sales on each allocated project from pre-acquisition to post construction
Maintain and update the drawing register and drawing library to ensure current drawings are on the file at all times in both hard paper and electronic formats
To obtain service company quotations/information at all stages of the project for both the disconnection of existing services and the provision of new services, to maintain weekly updated schedule on progress
Issue/distribution of drawings to the project team and sub-contractors as required
Compile and maintain statutory service company contact database
Assist in collecting and collating the technical information updates
To assist Technical director in clearance of NHBC/BLD REGS/planning conditions
Assisting the compilation of information for the discharge of the code for sustainable houses and other legislative procedures as required
To collect and collate technical information for issue to planning supervisor to enable him to compile the pres-start and construction phase, health and safety plans, operation and maintenance manuals. Collate and collect information to enable other to complete a SWMP
To update the development programme and planning condition monitor on a weekly basis
Photocopying and distribution of documents and information, as required
Maintain and update project files to ensure current correspondence is on file at all times.
