What happens to an architectural practice when the principal/s want to step back and see the practice moving forward?

We are working with a firm with a terrific reputation a good client base and many completed projects. They are calling in interested parties who might want to join them at Parner level. The individual would ideally have their own client base and be willing to join a business with the view to eventually take it over.

Ideally you will have a Modernist sense of architecture and have experience in a sector such as mixed use, housing or education but all other sectors would equally be considered.

This is an opportunity to inherit a brand and put you in a position of running an established company with a small medium size staff base. This would suit an architect that is entrepreneurial and perhaps in an existing business and thinking of setting up, but ideally without the patience to begin a start up but with the drive to grow a business whilst bringing in the work.
