A Surrey based Project Management company who specialise in high specification developments are looking to take on a Project Manager/Co-ordinator. This Surrey based Project Management company are currently undergoing significant growth, which has led to an opening for somebody to join their team.
This position is on a full time basis and will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and keep abreast of various live projects. Having a construction background is essential.
General responsibilities will include overseeing the CAD team, liaising with clients and sub-contractors, managing tenders, budget control and cost control. Administration duties will also be part of the role due to the volume of communication that will be needed for various departments and clients.
Due to the location of the organisation having your own transport will be essential as site visits will be attended throughout projects.
