A Strategic & Demand coordinator is required by a world renown FTSE 100 company. The client has built their reputation over 150 years and due to their continued success they require a Strategic Demand& Planning Coordinator to manage a national property portfolio based out of either their central London or Berkshire office.
Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders across the business to understand validate current and projected headcount, in order to effectively manage customers' demands for space against the current supply.
The post-holder will work closely with Small Moves & Projects who manage the live space planning databases. Provide early input into the Strategy and Planning Team to ensure effective management of their property assets.Responsible for identifying and planning new and enhanced service requests, ensuring alignment with customers' expectations.Management of feasibility studies undertaken by third parties to determine the viability of undertaking the request, including costs and timescales for delivery.
