Further information

What do we have here? Well, this really is a ‘one of a kind’ opportunity!

A Bath based high end residential developer have got to the point where they require some in-house design solutions… Although they develop in Bath the projects are of a contemporary and are all bespoke in nature. As a result of continued success this ‘prime’ developer are looking to a make a key appointment for an equally ambitious and motivated person.

As they have a strong commitment to quality design and a carefully tailored approach it is vital that you share similar passions. As it is a strategic appointment you could be an Architect, experienced Assistant or even a design minded Technician but you must be able to demonstrate a high standard of bespoke detail design, current building regs knowledge, client & contractor liaison skills along with the ability and desire to provide innovative solutions.

The opportunity here is massive as this firm is only going to grow and so the position will become more responsible as time goes on… Although Caddie is the software of choice AutoCAD is acceptable as is other design applications such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup although these are not essential. This will be a long term opportunity that will evolve over time offering you some excellent progression. The salary on offer will come down to experience and ability but this is likely to be up to £35,000!
