SENIOR FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
To provide supervision, knowledge, skills and experience for monitoring and maintaining M&E, H&V and other services within key commercial buildings.
Qualification (BTEC or equivalent/similar) in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline, as well as knowledge and experience of other building services would be desirable.
Must have good communication skills on all levels and the ability to maintain a professional manner at all times, in order to assist building managers in understanding the facilities requirements of their buildings.
Successful candidate will be required to make site inspections, carry out surveys and report on the condition or electrical circuits, mechanical plant, air conditioning, fire safety provisions, water hygeine and other Health & Safety Issues.
This will include work on investigation, innovation, design, installation and maintenance for facilities projects and work indoors/outdoors on building sites including capability to climb ladders, work at height and in confined spaces.
