Our Client a fast growing and highly creative AWARD WINNING interior design practice based in the beautiful county of rural Warwickshire, have an opening for an Senior & Intermediate Interior Designer to work on OFFICE/COMMERCIAL projects.

The Senior Designers required skills.

Experience of project managing from pitch to snagging
Detailed and comprehensive product / furniture knowledge

Broad, flexible skills
AutoCAD, Photoshop, In-Design, NBS experience

Roles and Responsibilities
-Run creative design projects, managing a flexible team or on your own
-Working closely with senior management team to co-ordinate design work in the studio
-Conceptual creative space planning
-Translation of conceptual planning working drawings
-Designing, detailing bespoke furniture / joinery then reading shop drawings
-Specification of furniture and finishes
-Presenting to clients
-Working with project team and other consultants
-Co-ordinating design information with project consultants
-Liaising with contractors and suppliers
-Understanding the wider project – M&E etc
-Attending site meetings
-Project close out – snagging etc
-Work with senior management team to create and present pitches for new clients.

Salary £35000.00 to £43000.00.pa

The Required Skills for Intermediate :

Understanding of design process and experience of a project from pitch to snagging.
Product / furniture knowledge
Commercial understanding

Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, In-Design and NBS

Roles and responsibilities :
* Involved in creative design projects, as part of a flexible team or on your own
* Taking direction from senior management team
* Conceptual creative space planning
* Translation of conceptual planning working drawings
* Designing, detailing bespoke furniture / joinery then reading shop drawings
* Specification of furniture and finishes and compilation of mood boards
* Accompanying a senior designer / director to presentations with clients
* Working with an external project team and other consultants
* Liaising with contractors and suppliers
* Attending site meetings
* Project close out - snagging etc

Salary £28000.00 to £35000.00.pa
